What is Included:

Inspection: Visual check of accesses, interior, and exterior.
Care: Ventilation, taps, toilet flushing, mail, and basic watering.
Prevention & Action: Early detection of leaks, pests, or dampness with immediate temporary solution.
Report: Systematic sending of a detailed digital report (with photos in case of anomaly).

A light visit to check that everything is in order and keep your property healthy and well ventilated during your absence. An email confirmation is sent following each visit, noting that any anomalies found will be reported immediately but not managed under this option.

Post-Weather Inspection

A preventive inspection after severe weather events to identify any visible damage or anomalies. In the event of an issue, we send a detailed photo report to expedite repairs and support your insurance claims.

Key Holding - Per Event

Housekeeping

Essential housekeeping and property upkeep during your absence, including surface dusting, floor care, and kitchen and bathroom cleaning.

Note: Deep cleaning services, including extensive window washing or intensive scrubbing, are not included.

Welcome Home

The preparation of the property prior to arrival to ensure a welcoming and comfortable space. Includes making beds, towel setup, and a welcome kit with essential supplies (coffee capsules, water, and toilet paper). Heating or air conditioning are also adjusted for your comfort.

Note: The cost of additional purchases and external laundry services are not included.

Ready to Live Pack (Welcome Home + Housekeeping)

Benefit from a preferred rate by combining our two "À la carte" services. This comprehensive pack includes a light upkeep cleaning (Housekeeping) and the preparation of your property before each arrival.

Technical Coordination

Coordination and oversight of external professionals (gardening, pool maintenance, plumbing, electricity, etc.) for interventions on your property. We facilitate contact and monitor the work on-site.
